Press 1 for automated services
You will be asked to enter your customer number and random digits from your security number.
You can choose from:
  • Balance enquiry
  • Mini statements
  • Bill payments
  • Transferring funds
  • Requesting a statement
  • Requesting a cheque/credit book
  • Item search
  • Checking your personal account codes
Press 2 to speak to a Private Banking Adviser
You will need your security details ready to give to an Adviser.
You can choose from:
  • Making an appointment with your relationship manager
  • Making an appointment with a specialist outside business hours (such as a Mortgage Adviser)
  • Arranging a CHAPS payment
  • Transferring funds abroad
  • Setting up a savings account
  • Ordering foreign currency
  • Setting up a standing order
