Digital Banking - Register for the Service

It couldn't be easier to join Digital Banking - simply complete, print out and return the application form. You do not need a stamp. As soon as we have registered you, we will send you your security details and information on how to use the service.

If you are not already a customer of the Royal Bank of Scotland's telephone banking service, Direct Banking, registering for our Internet banking service automatically entitles you to use the full range of telephone services as well. Within a few days of receiving your application, one of our Direct Banking Advisers will call you to take your security details. You can then look forward to receiving our welcome pack explaining how Digital Banking can help you make even more of your Royal Bank of Scotland accounts.

To take advantage of Digital Banking you need to be a Royal Bank of Scotland customer. To open an account, either call into your local branch or phone us on 0800 121 129 for an account application form.
