The British Franchise Association (BFA)

The British Franchise Association (BFA), of which The Royal Bank of Scotland is an affiliate member, promotes responsible franchising in the UK by way of a code of ethics that members must abide by.  Although membership of the BFA is no guarantee of success, it does demonstrate that the franchisor is committed to developing a franchise network which follows established codes of practice.
