Customer Service Review
What happens in a Review?
Your Customer Service Review is free of charge and usually
takes between half an hour and an hour, depending on your financial needs.
Your Customer Adviser will go through any existing
arrangements you may have made with The Royal Bank, and answer any questions you may have.
If you decide on changes or improvements, your Customer Adviser will provide written
recommendations of Royal Bank financial products and services, as well as possibly
arranging for you to see an appropriate specialist.
