There are a number of ancillary services available you. The most common of these are listed with their costs. These charges are in respect of personal banking. Also listed are services which we may have to perform for you.

Stopping a cheque (except for lost /stolen cheques) £10
Special presentation of a cheque £15
Bank draft (sterling) £10
Copies of paid cheques including providing details of paid cheques £5 per cheque (max £150)
Duplicate statement/historic copy £5 per page (max £10)
Certificate of balance/interest No charge
Same Day Value Payments (CHAPS) £20
Foreign currency, travellers cheques and international transfers Please ask for details
Cheques, standing orders and direct debits returned unpaid £30 per item
Unauthorised borrowing – items referred prior to payment (Referral Fees) £20 per item (max £60 per month)
Misuse of cheque guarantee card/Switch £20 per item
