(CBFM) is the banks corporate banking, treasury and capital markets division.

Corporate Banking

CBFM offers a fully integrated approach to corporate
banking, which harnesses the strengths of both banks. In addition to major relationship
banking and payment business, it offers access to financial, capital and money markets
around the world, and a comprehensive range of specialist products to more than 65,000

its payment and trade operation handling 30 per cent of the UKs domestic payments.
It also has a strong international capacity with a presence in 140 countries through its

Private Placements since 1993 and the No.1 in Sterling Interest Rate Swaps since 1993. It
is the number one provider of FX and Interest Rate Derivatives in the UK.
It has dealing relationships with over 200 of the FSTE 250
and 50 central banks; is a top 10 global participant in Foreign Exchange, currency
options, money markets and Interest Rate Derivatives, and is a strong player in emerging
markets.
