Citizens Financial Group is a $30 billion financial services company headquartered in Providence, Rhode Island, USA.

It has more than 330 branches and 800 ATMs in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island and is the second largest bank holding company in New England. Citizens is one of the 40 largest banks in the United States. It increased its profits by 35 per cent to £349 million for the year ended 31 December 2000.
